Users must verify their accounts before accessing Arbiter services. Personal information provided must accurately match bank account details.
Users must clearly describe the requested service or product and upload accurate pictures or videos where applicable.
Arbiter services are not free. Applicable service charges will be clearly displayed before transaction confirmation.
During disputes or complaints, users must communicate respectfully. Vulgar or abusive language towards customer care is prohibited.
Arbiter acts solely as a neutral intermediary providing escrow and dispute resolution services. Arbiter shall not be liable for loss of property or funds outside its mediation scope.
Vendors must ensure delivery confirmation through courier notification when handing over items to vendees.
Arbiter reserves the right to suspend or permanently deactivate user accounts without prior notice if fraud or rule violations occur.
Arbiter may disclose user information to authorities upon receipt of a valid court order in fraud-related cases.
Users may delete their accounts at any time provided there are no pending or unfinished transactions.
